It was great to take the stage at SportNXT in Melbourne.

With Everclime being the main sustainability partner, we had the opportunity to run a workshop on Commercialising Sustainability in Sports.

Key questions we explored:

➡️ What sustainability initiatives are you already investing in—but not communicating effectively?

➡️ What are your sponsors saying about sustainability, and how can you align with it?

➡️ Where could you start implementing simple, visible impact contributions?

The shift from “sustainability as a cost” to “sustainability as a commercial opportunity” is gaining momentum, and it is opening new value pathways for rights holders, sponsors, and commercial teams.

We’re excited to welcome the Forktree Project to Everclime! Founded by environmental scientist Tim Jarvis AM, this incredible initiative is restoring 54 hectares of degraded farmland in South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula into flourishing native habitat.

Through rewilding, education, and sustainable land practices, Forktree is boosting biodiversity, fighting climate change, and reconnecting people with nature. Since 2019, they've planted over 20,000 native trees, built a rare seed orchard, and developed a nursery producing 20,000+ plants each year.
