Warralakin Project
Located near Chiddarcooping Nature Reserve, the Warralakin project is part of a biodiversity hotspot, home to threatened species like the Malleefowl. In partnership with Carbon Positive Australia, this reforestation effort aims to restore native vegetation and create vital habitats for species including Dunnarts, Pink Cockatoos, and Brushtail Possums.
Planting
Seedlings have been hand-planted in winter 2023 & 2024, grown from locally sourced native seeds to support long-term ecosystem restoration.
