Project Story
These WTGs will generate approximately 18470 MWh of electricity annually, which will be sold to the state electricity board. The project connects to the NEWNE regional grid and aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by using renewable wind energy instead of fossil fuels. Over a 7-year period, it's estimated to reduce CO2 emissions by 18045 tCO2e annually and 126315 tCO2e in total. The project boundary extends to the NEWNE grid and supplies electricity through transmission lines connected via substations. As it utilises clean renewable energy, the project is expected to have no negative environmental impact and contributes to climate change mitigation efforts.
