Data and Logistics Alignment
Tracking passenger numbers and finalising tour details can vary significantly between booking and departure. We’ve adopted a model of issuing impact cards at the time of booking, knowing there may be adjustments later. This helps us stay agile while still embedding verified impact from the start.
Third-Party Consistency
Many of our international tours rely on overseas agents. While we hold ourselves to high standards of environmental and social responsibility, ensuring alignment with our partners', sustainability initiatives remains a challenge we are actively working to improve.
