Fair Employment
In an industry plagued with unethical employment practices, we refuse to conform. All our employees have formal employment contracts which abide by local labour laws and get social security benefits, paid holidays and paid maternity leave. No if's, no but's. Yes it's expensive, but our team is awesome and deserves nothing less!
Holistic Approach
It's vital to stop plastic flowing into our natural environments by focusing on upstream measurement and reduction interventions. It's vital to stop plastic leaking from coastal communities by building waste management infrastructure. It's vital we remove the plastic pollution already in the ocean. We do all three... so should you!
